Vortex Fleshlight sleeve review

Vortex is one of the early Fleshlight textures. It was the first of the Original series with a varying diameter and intensive stimulation. The goal was the combination of intensity, tightness and suction effect. Even though it is trumped by now in all of these categories by other models, the Vortex combination still provides a pleasant experience, especially for newcomers.

4 chambers with hypnotic stimulation

The Vortex texture is composed of 4 chambers. All of them use the same elements. Though the first and last chamber are each only half of the chambers in the middle. A full chamber embodies two parts – each part is one vortex. The first starts with a swirl consisting of cross-ribs that twist to the left (counter-clockwise direction). The second part consists of the same cross-ribs but this time twisting into the other direction (clockwise direction). On the spot where the direction changes, is an abrupt break. This leads to an orthogonal bend in the cross-rib.

Since the first chamber only features half the length of a full one, there is just space for one, in this case counter-clockwise, vortex. Following this zone are two full chambers, before the last chamber also only features one vortex, this time twisted in clockwise direction.

Each one of the swirls consists of 6 cross-ribs with a width of 0.2 inches (0,5 cm). The two complete chambers in the middle section are each 2.75 inches long, while the other two chambers at the ends only provide half the length. Each of the sectors has its widest part in the centerpiece of the chamber with a diameter of 0.6-0.7 inches (1,6-1,8 cm). The constrictions that are located at the changeovers between the chambers are with 0.45 inches (1,2 cm) much tighter. The difference is explained by the fact that the clockwise vortices always start at their tightest spot, and from there on start to widen up, while for the counter-clockwise vortices it’s just the other way round. As a result the special net of ribs that spans over the inside of Vortex is created.
